I have uninstalled the Hemingboard keyboard for a couple reasons: - The stupid autocomplete bar that suggests words cannot be collapsed. This feature has never been useful and it takes up an enormous amount of room on the screen. This problem alone destroyed the utility of the keyboard. - Great features such as tap and hold on the 123 button to input punctuation without switching keyboard screens or holding delete to rapidly delete text are missing from this keyboard. It feels like using a keyboard from the original iPhone. - And of course, the keyboard is slower than a glacier to load due to the fact its a custom keyboard. This isnt the developers fault. All third party keyboards are unusable slow on iOS. Im disappointed about spending money on the iOS app. The OS X app for Hemingboard is significantly better.

I only turn on the Hemingboard when Im writing, otherwise it lags when Im typing something short. Its overall very helpful, but I wish I could select more words at a time.

Easily the best keyboard available. I use it a ton for rhymes and puns. It seriously is an incredible and seamless assistant.

I gotta say, this is one of those rare apps that meets all my needs on iPad. I love words and this is the perfect addition to the iOS stock keyboard. Its right there when I want it, and non-intrusive when I dont. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic app- they are making frequent improvements based on user input- like adding predictive text. Great for writers and everyone looking for more impressive vocabulary in emails, texts, etc. Recommend!

Im not sure if people need more third-party keyboards anymore. Appstore is already overwhelming with third-party keyboards. Still, I always welcome and admire innovative ideas like this. I use Gboard as my daily driver and loving it. Currently have no plans to replace it with this or any other keyboard. However, Im loving this keyboard and happy Ive purchased it. I only activate it when I need to write important stuff or respond to a formal email It gives me the peace in my mind that I have a great writing assistant which enhance my writing and help me to choose better wordings.

Im really surprised there arent more people making iPad keyboards. This is one of the few that are actually useful and quick, plus new improvements come every week or so.

It gets tedious quickly. If you dont know what the meaning of the words youre inserting into the text, you look foolish. It took the voice texting option away, which is really inconvenient!!! Bad Hemingboard! Bring it back! Its quite nasty to get rid of once installed, sort of becomes a barnacle.

Thats just obnoxious and rude! This keyboard gets aa grade of F- for that! Dumb! ONE STAR!!! PS Caps lock doesnt work in split mode either! Should be ZERO STARS!!!

Im someone who doesnt like to use auto-correct. As such, i rely a lot on the red-squiggly line and the suggested words that the default apple keyboard provides. The fact that this app does not have that feature is the only thing holding me back from giving this a 5-star review.

My resume looked like it was written by a second grader before I had Hemingboard help me use more professional language. Its the default keyboard on my iPad now, and Im significantly more confident giving potential employers my resume. Of course, I use the rhymes and puns for everyday messaging as well on my iPhone. A flawless upgrade to the normal keyboard. Get it today!

Saves me a lot of time when it comes to writing words that good matches for a short story. Having all this available at a the stroke of a key has reduced my time writing while increased the quality of my writing. Thanks Heminboard team.
